Just press the 'Register Now' button at the top of the page and complete the short
registration process.
Just use the "Sign In" button at the top right corner or the window to log in with your
email and password.

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard cards for payment. A valid card is required to make
a Reading of any kind.
Yes we do.
When you successfully register your credit card at LifeReader a temporary pre-authorisation
amount of $1 may show on your card statement. Please be assured this is NOT a transaction
and will automatically disappear within 7 days as though it were never there. The
pre-authorisation just verifies that the card being registered is valid.
To add funds to your LifeReader account click on your "Account" menu and then "Add funds".
On the Add funds page you can select your preferred payment method and the amount you wish
to top up your account with. On this page you can also manage your Auto refill settings.
At registration you can enter a username. This username is communicated to the readers in
chat and call readings. It is also shown on all public feedbacks on our pages. This means
that the username will be publicly visible on the internet, so please choose your username
in such a way that it fits with your privacy needs. If you need or want to change your
username, please contact support.
In order to protect your Privacy and Personal account information we ask that you register a
password that is unique and known only to you. You can change your password at any time in
the personal information page of your LifeReader account. If you feel that your password has
become known please contact support and we will help you change your password. Please be
aware that our Terms and Conditions explicitly place responsibility of keeping your login
details and your computer systems on you. LifeReader does not under any circumstances accept
any responsibility for breach of security on systems outside of our physical servers. This
also voids any right to a refund, should it be known that your systems were compromised or
someone used your password to access your account, unless it can be irrefutably proven that
the breach occured on the LifeReader servers.
You can recover your password by clicking on the "Sign In" link at the top right and then
pressing the "Forgot Password" button. There you can enter the email address you registered
with to recover your password.
To register your phone number, go to your "Account Details". There you can enter either a
landline or mobile number. We make all calls through an international system, so you simply
choose the country your phone is registered in from the drop-down menu. The country pre-dial
is then updated below it. You then enter your phone number without leading zero's. So if
your phone number is "0123456789" you enter just "123456789". Then just make sure you save
your changes to fully register the details in the system To choose which phone you will be
called on, select the phone type in the "My Settings - Please call me on my" panel on the
right. And just to make sure we show you the number you will be called on before you make a
call reading again.
You can look at the online reader list on the homepage or any of the category and
sub-category pages using the tabs at the top of the screen or by clicking the homepage. To
find out more about a reader just click on their image or their short description text to
see their full profile. We know that some people don't "click" with Readers straight away
and that is why we offer the first 4 Minutes with each Reader absolutely Free. Please always
ensure that you read and understand the information which is presented in the pre-Reading
confirmation screen. This screen includes all details of pricing and special offers which
will apply to your Reading. Only click to confirm if you agree to the stated information. If
you are uncertain in any way please first ask our Support Team who will be happy to clarify
for you.
If a Reader is Busy or Offline you can choose to "Reserve Callback". You can choose in what
time the reader can call you back on your registered phone number. So if you know you will
be around for 3 hours, choose three hours :) The Reader will be informed of your Callback
Request and will endeavour to call you back in the time you chose. It can happen that the
reader does not fulfill a Callback in time, so do check back in later or use the LifeMail
intramail to arrange for a suitable reading time.

LifeReader uses advanced Chat and communications technology to keep the page up to date. If
your internet connection is slow or your on a mobile or wireless connection or dial up the
connection might not be fast enough to give you the best experience. We recommend broadband
speeds for best experience. We do recommend to use a modern browser like Google Chrome,
Firefox or Internet Explorer 9. Older browsers may have issues we can not support. We do not
support IE6, IE7 anymore and IE8 is also not considered in future developments. Also check

LifeReader uses cookies to store important session information to make things work on the
site in cookies. We do however not store any personal data or anything that identifies you
in our cookies. It is important to have cookies enabled to use LifeReader. We also allow you
to store some parts of the website on your browser cache so the site loads faster. At times
it can be useful to clear your Cookies & Cache, especially when things dont seem to work all
of a sudden. This often happens after an upgrade of the system, when some files have

After your reading you can leave feedback about the reading at a popup screen. You can also
leave feedback up to 7 days after the reading in your "History & Feedback" page. Should you
want to change or leave feedback after that, please contact consultant support. Also be
aware that we reserve the right to edit any feedback that is derogatory or defamatory. See
